Why the dolphin pose?
Like a dolphin, my classes are playful, intelligent, and strong. 
The pose’s namesake shares my love for the sea, while the shape itself resembles the mountains that I love to run.

Cailey is a Senior Yoga Instructor, Functional Range ConditioningTM  Mobility Specialist and Oxygen AdvantageTM Functional Breathing Instructor.  Originally from California, she began teaching yoga over 10 years ago in Los Angeles and now calls Sydney home.

 

As a yogi, ultra-marathon runner, ocean swimmer and former dancer -performance and recovery have always been important to Cailey.  Incorporating the principles and practices learned from the Functional Range SystemsTM and The Oxygen AdvantageTM into her life has been a game changer.

 

Cailey has experienced immediate and long-term benefits from joint specific training and proper breathing, taking her performance to the next level.  She incorporates this knowledge and experience into her yoga classes and private sessions so that her students can enjoy the benefits as well.

 

Through intelligent yoga, mobility training and functional breathing, Cailey works to maintain and increase useable ranges of motion and oxygen uptake - maximising efficiency and mitigating injury.  Her passion is to help herself and others create stronger, healthier, more resilient bodies so we can better enjoy our favourite activities.
